Andrew is a very knowledgeable, honest and professional real estate agent. Though he is a very busy agent, he always finds a time to answer your question, meet you and show you the houses. For the appointment he always comes with a colored printed material of the houses with a plan. You tell him what you want and he does his best. Most importantly he is not greedy. He knew and always informed me about pluses and minuses of the houses. Example: I liked one house and indeed it was a very nice house and expensive for me! I could've afford to buy and he would have made quick and serious money. That house had a too too big yard- abnormally big I can say. After I made him show me that house for 3 times and asked him to put an offer, he said lets walk this yard from one end to other. Then I realized the yard is too big to take care of myself and wouldn't have liked extra expense and time to upkeep that yard. He showed me his listing as a seller's agent too, but never pressured me to buy one and get over with. I really think I got lucky to find him as my agent.

There is no doubt in my mind that Andrew is the best realtor in Columbus, Ohio. He was the consummate professional in every single aspect of finding our home and closing on it and helping with many more details. Andrew is not only a realtor - he is also an extremely resourceful person who can provide all other services associated with purchasing a home. He gave us contractor leads that were very helpful in our renovations. He provided an insurance contact that saved us over a $1,000 dollars in home insurance. Our provider of insurance for many years was obviously not looking out for us but Andrew was. Andrew knew about the original high insurance rates because of his detailed review of our mortgage documents - something not every realtor would take the time to complete.

Over the course of three months we must have toured at least 50 homes ( no we aren't picky ). Andrew was extremely patient with us. He would organize for us to see four to five homes at a time. He always had complete information on each home and could usually tell us before we entered if we would truly be interested in that property.

We also had the opportunity to see the work that Andrew does when he lists a home. In two words - very impressive.

Andrew provided consistent and reliable professional realtor services throughout the six months of listing, marketing, advertising, showing, and selling my custom executive home in Powell.

He staged open-houses several Sundays without prompting from me. He arranged an aerial photo shot of my property that was outstanding. He was personable, articulate, and knowledgeable in assisting me with decisions involving pricing and offers. He more than satisfied my expectations for all the standard realtor activities and responsibilities.

However Andrew's services did not stop there. Since I was working out of state during the entire six month period, he would stop by to check on my home 3-4 times a week and he made sure the thermostat was set right during the frigid winter days. He would call me regularly with updates. He also purchased salt and put it down as necessary to ensure safe access. Last and most impressive, he cleaned up after my final move when I had to leave quick to drive back to NC in a snowstorm.
